How To Stop Thinking Negative Thoughts Every time when you feel, realize, observe some blessing; write it down. When you will review it, you will enjoy. Sometimes some opportunities, ideas, skills, information, prayers, relationship, love are blessings. Our mind looks situationally, not overall, habitually. Our vision becomes limited. After a while, we start focusing what we don't have and forget what we have.
