Last day I got a chance to talk to an internationally well-known community person who worked as executive in corporate sector in Middle East. At the same time he continues his passion as journalist for last 35 years in internationally famous media outlets. When I asked him, please tell me about your last 5 years spent in Canada as immigrant. How much your potential left un-utilized? His answer was 75% not utilized. Because I know him personally, I can prove, very little %age of potential got utilized. 
Soon, a survey will be launched to quantify the loss community is afflicting.
