Not employee, part of mission. Be a Leader, not loader. Team is like a family. Team is mentality. Team needs inspiration. Leaders make team, loaders don't make team. Many Unknown or Anonymous people support you in your mission and success. Behavior is temporary. Attitude of inspiration makes team. Acting needs more effort.
Acknowledgement and appreciation of accomplishments.
Trust like coach. We trust on hair-dresser once a month. This trust is skill based. Absorbed in skill. Not loyalty, loyalty could be a factor.
Care for your team. Three categories of problems; if you can help, help them. Emotionally cheer them up, wipe away their tears.
Forgive mistakes. Go with unconditional love. Value your team.
Don't insult. Don't disgrace.
