Unmask the Myths
Unmask the Myths
People need encouragement to try more and more. It costs nothing to encourage but the potential benefits are overwhelming.
Negative people influence you with discouragements when they find you around. Just be aware. Disappointment quickly go down into discouragement in the mind. Disappointment is a term for our refusal to look on the bright side.
When people get discouraged, they quit trying, the very quiet people are often the sad people. Sometimes silence is slow poison when you are supposed to talk.
Many people are not willing to go through the tough times. They’re not willing to stick it out. They’re not willing to use their talents for righteousness when their efforts go unnoticed. Some people don’t use their gifts and talents because they’re in a negative circumstance. Maybe they don’t like the job they’re in. Or they’re constantly around people that they dislike.
When we express with our positive emotions, we cultivate happiness.
Work on your words and speech to make it more more beautiful than silence. Make your speech more perfect and appropriate before delivering. Your speech, your words are like pearls and treasure, deposit your treasure to treasure-keepers.
Prepare yourself to talk proving silence no wise option.
Two things spoil the wisdom, being silent when you are supposed to talk, and talking when you are supposed to be silent.
Both speech and silence have their negative and positive aspects. Enrich your speech as more excellent than silence.
Every reformer spoke and was not silent. Speak words that are kind, loving, positive, uplifting, encouraging, and life-giving. You demonstrate the excellence of silence through speech; not the excellence of speech through silence.
Silence is a weapon of control, silence is subordination. Colonists and Imperialists have perfected the use of silence as a weapon of control. Imperialism changes the perception.
I choose few words each day, few words that count, few words that can make impact, few words that can make difference, few words that can make people to think, few words that are great, few words that can leave distinctive footprints on minds.
Zauq-e-Hazir Hai Tou Phir Lazim Hai Iman-e-Khalil (A.S.)
Warna Khakstar Hai Teri Zindagi Ka Pairhan
If you have taste for the visible you need the Faith of Khalil
Otherwise ashes are the adornments of your life
[An adornment is generally an accessory or ornament worn to enhance the beauty or status of the wearer. They are often worn to embellish, enhance, or distinguish the wearer, and to define cultural, social, or religious status within a specific community.]
Shan-e-Khalil Hoti Hai Uss Ke Kalam Se Ayan
Karti Hai Uss Ki Qoum Jab Apna Shiaar Azari
Khalil’s glory is evident from his verse
When his nation exhibits the Azar’s ways
Yaqeen. Misl-e-Khalil Atish Nasheeni
Yaqeen, Allah Masti, Khud Guzini
Faith, like Abraham, sits down in the fire;
To have faith is to be drawn into God and to be oneself.
Butkada Phir Baad Muddat Ke Magar Roshan Huwa
Noor-e-Ibraheem Se Azar Ka Ghar Roshan Huwa
But, ages later, the house of idols was lit up again–
Azar’s house was lit up by Abraham!
Muslim Ne Bhi Tameer Kiya Apna Haram Aur
Tehzeeb Ke Azar Ne Tarshawaye Sanam Aur
The Muslim also constructed a different harem of his own
The Azar of civilization made different idols of his own
Mit Ke Ghogha Zindagi Ka Shorish-e-Mehshar Bana
Ye Sharah Bujh Ke Atish Khana-e-Azar Bana
The life’s clamor on destruction became the Last Day’s tumult
The spark on being extinguished became Azar‘s fire temple
Uthain Ge Azar Hazaron Shair Ke Butkhane Se
Mai Pilayen Gen Aye Saqi Naye Pemane Se
From the temples of verse will arise thousands like Azar
And new wine‐pourers will give us wine to drink from new measures.
‘Qum Bi-Iznillah’ Keh Sakte The Jo, Rukhsat Huwe
Khanqahon Mein Majawar Reh Gye Ya Gorkan!
No more are those who said: Rise, in God’s name!
The ones alive are sweepers and grave‐diggers.
Nikl Kar Khanqahon Se Ada Kar Rasm-E-Shabeeri
Ke Faqr-E-Khanqahi Hai Faqat Andoh-O-Dilgeeri
Come out of the monastery and play the role of Shabbir,
for monastery’s faqr is but grief and affliction.
Tere Deen-O-Adab Se Aa Rahi Hai Boo’ay Ruhbani
Ye Hai Marne Wali Ummaton Ka Alam-E-Peeri
Thy religion and literature both smell of renunciation:
symbol of old age of dying nations.
Shayateen-E-Mulookiat Ki Ankhon Mein Hai Vo Jadoo
K Khud Nakhcheer Ke Dil Mein Ho Paida Zuaq-E-Nakhcheeri
Imperialism has myriads of Satans with eyes full of magic charms
that evoke among the prey an irresistible urge to be its victim.
[a countless or extremely great number]
Subah-e-Sadiq So Rahi Hai Raat Ki Aghosh Mein
The moon light is pale in this silent panorama
The dawn is sleeping in the lap of the night
Batin-e-Har Zarra-e-Alam Sarapa Dard Hai
Aur Khamoshi Lab-e-Hasti Pe Aah-e-Sard Hai
The heart of every speck of the universe is pathos embodied
And the silence is a sad sigh on the lips of existence
Ye Khamoshi Iss Ke Hangamon Ka Goristan Hai
Was full of life at one time, now is desolate
This silence is the cemetery of its past elegance
Go Sukoon Mumkin Nahin Alam Mein Akhtar Ke Liye
Fateha Khawani Ko Ye Thehra Hai Dam Bhar Ke Liye
Though quiescence of the star is not possible in the universe
It has stopped momentarily for saying prayer for the dead
Hai Tu Goristan Magar Ye Khak Gardoon Paya Hai
Aah! Ek Bargashta Qismat Qoum Ka Sarmaya Hai
Though a mere cemetery, this dust ranks with the sky
Ah! this is the wealth of an unfortunate nation!
Ab Koi Awaz Soton Ko Jaga Sakti Nahin
Seena-e-Weeran Mein Jaan-e-Rafta Aa Sakti Nahin
No call can wake up those who are sleeping
No life can return to the desolate breast
Shakh Par Baitha, Koi Dam Chehchaya, Urh Gya
Human life resembles the sweet singing bird, which
Sat on the branch a while, chirped, flew away
Hain Abhi Sad Ha Guhariss Abar Ki Aghosh Mein
Barq Abhi Baqi Hai Iss Ke Seena-e-Khamosh Mein
There are hundreds of pearls in this cloud’s breast
Thunder still lurks in this cloud’s silent breast
